There are places we were never meant to go.
Ray Beeman went.

Ray Beeman is a man in pursuit of a dream. With two published novels under his belt he knew he was on his way. Then his publisher went bankrupt. His future went dark. No money, no income, no profession. Could he start over? Yes, with the help of a stranger who offers him a dream job that allows him to continue writing. All he has to do is make up “PR” plot lines for a government agency. Not hard for a man with an active imagination. Dream jobs, Ray learns, often come with nightmares. Forced to see what no man should; forced to go where no person was meant to step; drawn across a threshold between worlds, Ray pays for his lucrative job with his sanity. Terrified as he is, he fears one fact more His actions have put his family in peril.

There are worse things than evil men.

Plot Line edition by Alton Gansky Religion Spirituality eBooks

This is the first novel by Alton Gansky that I was disappointed in. It seemed to me to be an unfinished work. Was Ray in a vision, a daydream or did all the events actually happen and he was translated back to his original life in the end? I may have missed something but this was some of things that were confusing to me. As in all other Gansky novel I love the way he works in how the Lord uses non Christians to accomplish His Will/Works without them even knowing it but draws them to Himself. I agree with several other reviews - it is much too short.

Plot Line edition by Alton Gansky Religion Spirituality eBooks Reviews

As someone who dreams of writing the big novel all people will run to, this book was quick to capture my attention. This one kept. me guessing... was this a book about espionage? a murder mystery? sci-fi? fantasy? But then, the author is Anton Gansky, so it's all of the above. I recommend this book for anyone that loves any of the four genres listed.
A fascinating story of how God reveals His love for each of us in unique individual ways.

This is speculative fiction at its best with government espionage, aliens (or are they?) and a flawed man. Gansky does a great job with Ray Beeman, his main character. He is very real full of dreams, hopes and struggles.

The story is fast and suspenseful. For $2.99 its a steal.

I would have liked to have been able to read more as it finished surprisingly quickly.
I chose this book because I have enjoyed several of his books. The way he wrote it makes you wonder about what is our government up to. And how man in his carnal thinking could actually think he is dealing with an Et and the truth is that he is actually dealing with demons. I enjoyed reading this book and will recommend it to family and friends. It's wonderful to read a book that has a good story line and it carries you through to the end without sex and vulgarity. I think that is a sign of a good writer!
I agree with another reviewer who said this should be a full length novel. Alot could be done if this was longer. But it is excellent on its own.

For a novella, there is well developed characters, fast plot, cannot put down pace. Gansky has done his homework as usual on the subject matter, of government cover up, alien deception, demon and human interaction and spiritual warfare.

This is a real treasure, one of my favourites. The dialogue between Pastor Dale Shackleton and the main character is very well done without being preachy and the sweet talking dialogue of Devlin Chambers is also well done.

Highly Recommended
Unsure of what I was getting into with Plot Line being an older story now reworked and published as an e-book, I plunged in to explore the world that Alton weaves.

Bottom line I found it an excellent distraction from a dull afternoon. Gansky proves why his stories sell and manages to tell a multifaceted story in several thousand words.

With an ending reminiscent of the Twilight Zone and a plot line of similar ilk Plot Line is sure to be an enjoyable read for Christian Speculative Fiction readers.
This is a great story to read. A fresh story line that you have not read before with some very interesting characters. I enjoyed it a great deal and recommend it.

Mr. Gansky has been one of my favorite authors for severals years. He is a first class gentleman who makes time for his fans.

If you have not read his Perry Sachs, J. D. Stanton, and Madison Glen series you have really missed something worth while. Each character has a series of 3 books. All are worth your reading time and money. I think I now own every fiction book he has written on his own.

My hope is that now he has done an "E Book" we may see a Perry Sachs in this format. That would be a dream for me.

Please download Plot Line. You will enjoy the story a lot. Worth the Price.
I read the reviews of other work by Mr. Gransky and it intrigued me. So I grabbed this short story, and to be honest it was because it was free and I needed something short and sharp to break what I call a reading drought. Having read Christian literature before, I was curios to see how he would blend science fiction with religion. The story started off at a nice easy pace. About halfway through I started to wonder how he would pull the various strands together, during the second half of the story. About three quarters of the way through my eyes started to widen as the subtle message became evident. I am not a fan of having another persons beliefs rammed down my throat, which is why I really enjoyed the conclusion to this story. As it wrapped up, I could actually feel his message resonating through my own beliefs and actually bolstering them. I'm so glad I read this story, I really enjoyed it and the subtle, but powerful message the author seeks to convey to his readers. I will defeinitely be reading more of his work. Thank you and God Bless.
